1. Why do I purchase Transit Card?Transit Card is a National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). It is an inter-operable transport card conceived by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs of the Government of India. The card will allow users to pay for their transit journeys across metros and buses all across India. You can purchase Paytm Transit Card by visiting metros stations in Delhi Airport line.
2. What benefits/ discounts would I get for using Transit Card?Below are few stated benefits of Paytm Transit Card :
- One card works across all transit use cases so users do not need to carry multiple cards
- Common card balance can be used for all transit use cases
- Same card can be used for all the online purchases

3. The Balance in Transit Card would have any expiry date?No, there will be no expiry for the balance available on the Transit Card.
4. Any cash deposit limit in this?Transit Card has a top up limit of Rs 2000 for both cash as well as online recharge.
5. If lost or stolen, how can I block my card?If the card is lost or stolen, customer should report the loss/theft over the telephone to paytm customer care number. Paytm shall, upon adequate verification, suspend the card and block all online transactions from the card.

 Liabilities (due to lost/stolen card), in case of offline balance available on the card will lie with the user and paytm will not be responsible for any refunds.
6. If lost or stolen from where I will get the duplicate card?Upon receiving users complain of lost or stolen card the paytm support team will suspend the card and block all online transactions from the existing card and issue a new replacement card to users.
NOTE:
 Offline balance written on the card     in case of lost/stolen card will not be refunded while issuing new card and users will be liable for all such loss
7. Any charges for his Transit Card? (First time or on duplicate issue)Card charges for new issuance or replacement will be communicated later on by the business team.
8. As other metros Transit Card can be recharged through the Paytm app wherein our Transit Card can be recharged via only Metro stations, So what are the additional benefits this & why customer will purchase this?Refer to point 2
9. Can Aadhaar OTP KYC customers avail the benefits of this card?Yes, users can do KYC using Aadhar OTP by visiting https://www.paytmbank.com/kyc/non-biometric and avail the benefits of Transit Card
10. What will the TAT be shared with customers If your Transit sub wallet is not created?Need to discuss with the tech team
11. What would be the minimum amount is required to recharge Transit Card?There is no minimum amount required for recharge of Transit Card recharge and the users can choose any amount they wish to do a recharge for. 
12. If the customer lost his Transit Card, can we process the request for Temporary /permanent suspension for the same?Refer to point 5
13. Is any threshold amount is levied on this Transit Card?No threshold applicable for transit wallet. Maximum limit of Rs 2000
14. Is there any instant resolution is available if customer-facing any tech issue with the card?Will define the SOP later for this.
