If 50K Merchant counter: But earlier my wallet to bank charges were 0% then why am I getting charged now? | L1 Action: Inform merchant that he is a paytm merchant, so he can accept money through bank QR code and get it settled in his linked bank account with 0% charges. Also he can now accept payment from his customers in his paytm wallet and get it settled in his linked bank account by enabling “get payments accepted on your mobile number settled to your bank account” at 0% charges. |
If 50K Merchant counter: I am a self abuser merchant and i am not able to accept payment through customer's wallet using my bank qr code. | L1 Action: Transfer the call to Merchant helpline or Suggest merchant to contact at MHD (0120- 4440440) to know more about reactivation process. |
