As per revised guidelines for minimum KYC requirements, your account is valid till 18 months from the date of completing minimum KYC details or August 2019 whichever is later. We suggest you to complete your full KYC by visiting a 'Nearby KYC Center' in case you wish to continue using Paytm services after the expiry of 18 months. Also, you can check your Nearby KYC points via Paytm app by following the below steps: -

1. Login to your Paytm app
2. Click on 'Nearby KYC' to check KYC points

Note: PAN or Form 60 is mandate to submit to become a Full KYC user

As per revised guidelines for minimum KYC requirements, Aadhaar OTP KYC validity is not changed & is valid only for one year. You can continue using Paytm services on your account till expiry. Note : We have extended the validity to the customer whose KYC expiry in Dec'18 to Feb'19 to the new timeline of Aug' 19.

Future expiries have been moved by 6 months so does not impact customers.
